NoPo Mobile Notary Services, LLC provides mobile notary services to North Portland, Oregon neighborhoods.

Notary will meet you in a public place near you.

Available all days and most hours.

COST:

$45 all-inclusive. Fee to be paid at time of making appointment. Includes:

  • $30 mobile travel fee within mobile service area (see Mobile Service Area below)

  • $6 document notarization fee - Unlimited documents per pre-paid Signer at time of appointment. $10 is standard fee - our fee is less AND Unlimited documents.

  • $9 credit card processing fee

  • Non-refundable

NOTARY SERVICES WE PROVIDE:

Exclusions: Real estate transactions, wills, trusts, powers of attorney, public records, and apostilles.

CUSTOMER PREPARATION (1 AND 2):

1. Bring valid photo identification:

  • U.S. driver’s license

  • State issued I.D. card

  • U.S. passport or passport card

  • U.S. military I.D.

  • Permanent resident card (green card)

  • Notary fingerprints Signers to add barriers to identify theft / stored in Notary journal

2. Bring Document and Signer (and Witness if document asks for Witness):

  • Document must be complete– all pages, nothing missing

  • Document must be unsigned – do not sign until the Notary tells you to

  • All blank spaces filled in (or marked N/A)

  • Each named Signer must physically appear before the Notary - no exceptions

  • Each named Signer must have their own photo I.D.

  • Signers must be mentally aware and signing willingly

  • Witnesses, if needed, must be 18+ and have a valid photo I.D.

  • Witnesses, if needed, are to be provided by the Customer

  • Witnesses cannot be named in the document

  • Witnesses cannot benefit from the document

CREDENTIALS:

  • Notary Public Commission, Oregon, Expires 2030

  • 20 years professional legal experience

  • 10 years Federal government legal experience

  • 10 years experience assisting disabled

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Paralegal certificates

  • Trustworthy - Notary passed national comprehensive background investigation, National Notary Association, 7/2026 (real estate loan signing agent qualified; however, not offering this service at this time)

LEGAL NOTICE:

  • Notary allows a guaranteed 15-minute grace period for late arrivals - Notary will do their best to accommodate late arrivals thereafter depending on Notaries schedule. Missed appointments are non-refundable.

  • Notary does not make photocopies, take pictures, email, or mail documents.

  • Notary reviews preparation for the notary appointment at the time of making the appointment, as outlined in the Customer Preparation paragraph. Customer is responsible to arrive prepared and on time.

  • Notary does not meet Customers at private residences. Public places only, such as business offices, medical facilities, colleges, Portland International Raceway, libraries, cafes, restaurants, public parks, etc. Customer chooses meeting location and advises Notary of address during appointment call.

  • Electronic payments are processed using Squarespace Payment Processing Services and appear on bank statements as NoPo Mobile Notary Services, LLC.

  • Signers agree to hold Owner, NoPo Mobile Notary Services LLC and third parties harmless.

  • NoPo Mobile Notary Services LLC is registered in Oregon and insured.

Notary follows state and federal laws:

  • Notary’s role is limited to reviewing documents for completeness, identifying signers with valid I.D.’s, determining the willingness and ability of signers, giving oaths/affirmations, completing the notary journal, and stamping the notarial certificate form chosen by the signer.

  • Notary does not give legal, financial or medical advice to include the contents of the documents she notarizes, choosing notarial certificate forms, or their potential outcomes.

  • Notary does not explain the meaning, purpose, or effect of the documents she notarizes.

  • Notary reserves the right to refuse service.
